Brussels Office Files, 1946-1950
This series consists of Irving Brown's correspondence while he worked at the American Federation of Labor's Brussels office between 1946 and 1950. The bulk of the material covers the years 1948 and 1949.
This material was designated as a separate series because of the distinct time frame of the papers and because they were stored separately from Brown's other files. Researchers should note that other material dated 1946-1950 also appears in Series 2.
