ORP Case Files, 1986-1993
Sub-Series
The first sub-series contains case files from Kistler's tenure as the chief umpire in the organizing disputes procedure. Many files contain Kistler's final reports on the matter. There is a disputes hearing manual at the end of the sub-series.

Arrangement
These files are arranged numerically by case number (as labeled on the original folders) in descending order. The first two digits of the case number refer to the year in which the case was filed and/or mitigated.
