The promotion files include information on advertising and outreach efforts and the files of Howard Girsky and Outreach Coordinator Michael Mears. The general promotion files include a promotion manual, information on station relations, advertisements, brochures, press releases and press kits, outreach memos and reports and clippings. Girsky's files include his correspondence with members of the press, press releases, information relating to the press preview of Feeling Good, and clippings.
The general files are arranged chronologically.
Mears' files focus on station outreach efforts and are arranged alphabetically by state.
