This subseries includes the Minutes of the CTW Research Advisory Committee, 1970-1972, as well as the files of the Spencer Foundation Project 1973-1974, a researcher training program administered by CTW under a grant from the Spencer Foundation. These files includes staff papers, correspondence and reports.
