Poster depicts scenes of women demonstrating for fair wages and working in factories during the American Civil War and the modern era. The poster also features an image of Mother Jones. The caption describes how women have participated in the labor movement from the "Female Society" of Lynn, Massachusetts in 1833 to Mother Jones helping with strikes in Ludlow, Colorado against Rockefeller.
