A large letter signed by several individuals. The letter is addressed to William Green and reads "The 40 hour week for which we have labored so long is now endangered. We therefore urge your vigorous support of the amendment to S-2913 being offered by Senator Mead to retain the 40 hour week," and is signed by the national Federation of Post Office Clerks, AFL local 10
