 Item — Reel: 1102

John Gallant: a new mode of handling defense contracts Is a program in which John Gallant presents a short commentary consisting of a few modest proposals regarding the world and American society in particular. The first has to do with the way defense contracting is done, particularly regarding the draft. The second has to do with the concept of drafting industrial corporations to provide materials for military defense, and what to do with companies who could not serve this function. A third proposal has to do with the planning of the R.H Thomson Expressway, September 27, 1969.
