Herman Schwartz: the uninvited ear is a recorded lecture by Professor Herman Schwartz, a government consultant and advocate for prisoners rights. Schwartz discusses his efforts working with members of congress to prevent government statutes considered unconstitutional, his views on crime control acts, the legitimacy of evidence from wiretaps in court, and several additional issues pertaining to justice in the United States, undated.
