Research Manuscripts, 1877-1963

This series contains data sheets, papers, manuscripts, notes and correspondence relating to Mansueti's research. Research topics include development of eggs, larvae and juvenile fish of the striped bass; yellow and white perch; fishways; and fish mortality. The arrangement of the folders is alphabetical by topic.

Correspondence relating to the 1958-1960 survey of the Susquehanna River contains fish tags and fish scales when these items were found attached to a letter. Fish tags and fish scales not attached to a particular letter were transferred to the Memorabilia collection.
