Discusses formation of WAAM's program advisory council, first of its kind for a television station. Includes question and answer period. Track 2: Ted Cott, vice president and general manager, WNBT, New York. Topic: "You May be Seen, But You've Got to be Heard." Conclusion; question and answer period. Track 2, continued: Ralph Burgin, program director, WNBW (later WRC television), Washington, D.C. Topic: "Low Cost Music and Participation Shows Versus Film." Note: The book, "22 Television Talks," (New York: Broadcast Music, Inc., 1953) contains transcripts of Cott and Burgin speeches.
