This series consists of Elmo Pickerill's correspondence relating to his radio career, primarily arranged by last name, 1909-1976. Correspondence dated after 1968 refers to inquiries about Pickerill's biography directed to the manager of Pickerill's estate. Two folders include photographs directly relating to the correspondence. Correspondence also includes inquiries about Pickerill's biography, documentation of Pickerill's presentation of a bust to the Smithsonian National Air an Space Museum, telegrams received when Pickerill served aboard the S.S. Leviathan, and Pickerill's funeral arrangements.
