Biographical / Historical
Terry Watson was an apprentice electrician and journeyman. She, along with members of IBEW Local 26, hangs an electrical conduit pipe on a Metro construction site in Virginia. This photo is the third in a series of three showing the sequence of work. Tabor recommended that all three be shown together as they reflect the care that these workers took. See Photo #13 and #14 (related photographs).
