Correspondence Files, 1995-2001

This series consists of documents pertaining to Delegate Cheryl Kagan’s career as a politician and legislator. Much of this series is restricted as it contains correspondence between Kagan and constituents, colleagues, and public officials on sensitive issues. Most of the material in this series is arranged into general correspondence files and is arranged chronologically. Several correspondence files (i.e., correspondence with Delegate Kagan’s frequent contacts) have been organized into separate folders following the general correspondence files. The latter files are arranged alphabetically by the correspondent’s last name. Some correspondence (e.g., personal and legislative correspondence) is located in one of the other six series into which this collection has been divided.
