This series contains a kamishibai, a Japanese paper play, developed by Dick Deveral, Chief of the Labor Education Branch of the Labor Division of the SCAP, as an educational tool for the Japanese Trade Unionist. Also included is a wooden box that could serve as a "stage" to display the paper scenes.
