Ronald D. Williams and Dennis Burke are congratulated by Mr. James A. Remington, Louisville Factory's manager for Philip Morris Inc. upon being awarded four year college scholarship by the company. Mr. Williams a resident of Louisville, and Mr. Burke of Sellersburg, Indiana, plan to attend Indiana University. The scholarships were awarded under a program for sons and daughters of Philip Morris employees. All scholarships are awarded through the Educational testing Service of Princeton, New Jersey, and an independent scholarship selection committee consisting of leading educators - Louisville, Kentucky, July 11, 1966
