Hobson; George Washington University; student publications; crime; District of Columbia Crime Bill; District of Columbia water supply; the Dwight D. Eisenhower Memorial Bicentennial Civic Center; commuter tax; abortion; perception and vision care for children, and District of Columbia Home Rule.
