Topics and organizations include: the National Advisory Committee on Oceans and Atmosphere (NACOA); the Atlantic Council of the United States publications; the Maryland Governor’s Commission on Law Enforcement and Administration of Justice; the Maryland Crime Commission; Committee on Political Education (COPE); the Department of Agriculture; the Governor's Structure and Efficiency Commission and related Committee to Evaluate Independent Agencies for the Commission (Hogan was the Chair of the committee); First Founders Financial Corporation (Hogan was the President); Frederick County Victory Committee; Americans by Choice (in Czech); Prince George’s County; the National Community Television Association, Inc.; and the assassination of President John F. Kennedy (November 22, 1963).

Materials include case files, correspondence, articles, newsletters, newspaper clippings, reports, press releases, receipts, government publications, and audiovisual materials.
