The Dai Ichi Building, headquarters of the Supreme Commander for the Allied Forces. Description provided by photographer Roy Simonson reads: "The Dai Ichi Building as seen from across the corner of the moat, partly framed by weeping willows. The moat surrounds the grounds of the Imperial Palace."
