A field of rice paddies and a corner of a house under construction, with a backplastering of mud and rice straw on a wickerwork of bamboo canes, in the Ueno Park section of northern Tokyo. Description provided by photographer Roy Simonson reads: "Corner of the house shown in G30 with rice paddies immediately beyond it and some of the office buildings and stores of the Ueno Park section in the distance."
