Description provided by photographer Roy Simonson reads: "Aerial view of the Nagoya plain, Honshu to show fields of ripe standing grain, fields with grain (winter wheat or barley) cut and piled in little sheaves, and green beds of seedling rice. A road runs through the center of the area, and forested uplands appear along one edge."
