Description

NFCB marathon, produced by Community Radio in Derby, Connecticut, is a program presented during the National Federation of Community Broadcasters' nationwide radio marathon, an event in which noncommercial alternative radio stations across the United States stop regular programming to ask listeners to pledge funds to alternative and community stations. This specific program features a sampler of content from the Community Radio station Derby, Connecticut, including music by local bands, interviews with listeners about upcoming political elections, and an interview with Mark Galvin, a representative of a walk for disarmament and social justice, circa 1976.
