Spectrum, produced by Carlos Hagen, isa program in which Carlos Hagen re-airs a program he produced about political and social division at the start of the Nixon administration in light of an upcoming presidential election in order to allow audiences to observe and evaluate any changes in perspective, circa 1970-1975.
