The Young Socialist Alliance (YSA), a youth organization connected to the Socialist Workers Party, was established at the University of Maryland in the 1970s. This collection contains material from the 1976-1977 school year, including meeting minutes and agendas, press releases and newspaper clippings about domestic and international affairs, event brochures, YSA handbooks, and a program from the 1976 Socialist Party convention.
