It is housed in two boxes and 39 folders dating from 1975 to 1988.

Sub-subseries VI.1.2: Author File, 1980-1989 (3.0 linear feet) This sub-subseries consists of submissions for American Music by various authors. It is housed in six boxes dating from 1980 to 1989.
