Programs, 1991-1997

This series contains 45 programs: one from Theatre National Opera de Paris, and 44 from Teatro alla Scala. The La Scala programs are arranged by season, starting with the 1991-1992 season and ending with the 1996-1997 season. The seasons traditionally begin on December 7 of each year, a day known as Saint Ambrose’s Day—the feast day of Milan’s patron saint. All of the programs in this collection were produced under musical director/principal conductor Riccardo Muti. La Scala is now under the direction of Daniel Barenboim.
