An undated photograph. Closest in the foreground are train tracks. On the other side of the tracks, one cyclist and several pedestrians cross or look out over the other side. Beyond the bridge there are buildings and mountains. The photograph was likely taken by Chester E. Whiting, founder of the United States Army Field Band, while on tour in East Asia.
