Writings and clippings, 1932-2003, bulk: 1953-2010
This series includes newspaper clippings of journalism by Battey Lewis and others, and a bound collection of Battey Lewis’s works in the Washington Post, the New York Times, Insight on the News, Dance Magazine, and National Public Radio. Newspaper clippings are filed according to subject. Battey Lewis’s bound work is arranged chronologically in five volumes. This series also includes personal memorabilia of Battey Lewis’s, including written correspondence with friends and family, and childhood memorabilia.
