Action Time, Issue 4, 1987-09/1987-12

The fourth issue of Action Time, a punk fanzine from Dumfries, Virginia that focused on the Washington, D.C. punk scene. Edited by Erik Grotz and published in the fall of 1987, this issue featured an interview with the Washington, D.C. area punk band Scream, which included future Nirvana and Foo Fighters member, Dave Grohl. This issue also featured reviews of commercial recordings, comics, and fanzines.
