Use and Access to Collection
The collection is open for research use. The online finding aid is in the process of a major update, with newly reprocessed record groups publishing when they are ready. Materials from this collection must be used in the Michelle Smith Performing Arts Library's Irving and Margery Morgan Lowens Special Collections Room during SCPA’s operating hours. General
According to the Music Educators National Conference (MENC) by-laws, the Board of Directors includes the MENC President, First Vice President, Second Vice President, presidents of the six MENC divisions, presidents of auxiliary organizations, and six members-at-large. The Board of Directors administers business and educational affairs, fills vacancies in national offices, and nominates members of the Music Education Research Council, Nominating Committee, and Executive Committee/Executive Board.
