A compilation released by WGNS Recordings, an independent punk record label from Bethesda, Maryland. The bands featured on this compilation are European Diskoman, Onto Gel, Disband, and Blue Cross. All were part of the punk community in Bethesda, which was a segment of the larger Washington, D.C. punk subculture at that time. Musicians involved in this recording include Geoff Turner, Colin Sears, Kevin Mattson, and Eugene Bogan who went on to perform in notable D.C. punk bands like Gray Matter, Dag Nasty, Hate From Ignorance, and Three.
