The fourth issue of Desperate Times, a punk fanzine from Seattle, Washington. This issue, published in August 1981, includes an interview with Joey Ramone of the Ramones. This issue also features reviews of performances by D.O.A., Split Enz, Lenny Kaye, Flipper, the Fix, Pop Defect, the Heats, and others, as well as commercial recordings by Killing Joke, James Chance, Black Flag, Fleshtones, Monochrome Set, Eurythmics, David Johansen, Sylvain Sylvain, Soft Cell, and others. This copy of the issue includes handwritten notes on the back cover offering opinions on various Seattle punk and new wave bands of the time.
