Harold Bachman papers, 1918-1972

This series offers a snapshot of band life during World War II, particularly in the Pacific Theater, where Bachman served. It contains clippings, correspondence, official Army documents, and other related material. The series is organized with an eye towards retaining, in as much as is possible, the original order of Bachman's papers. Many of the documents were at one time bound together in a scrapbook or notebook.
