This subseries contains Sherman's collection descriptions included with his gifts to SCPA. These descriptions are of particular interest as they include numerous anecdotes relating to the contents of the collection and in many ways serve as memoirs. Materials are arranged in the order in which they were received by Special Collections in Performing Arts.
