Board of Directors, 1978-1999

This series contains papers and materials related to the Board of Directors of UCC/CSM, including mission statements, status reports, meeting minutes, subscriber information, production information, flyers and programs, marketing plans, and board/staff personnel information. The original folder names have been retained and the folders are organized in chronological order by subseries with the exception of Subseries V, Personnel, which is organized in alphabetical order. The series has been subdivided into six subseries.
