Aaron “AC” Claxton [b. 1977] is a musician and business owner based in the Washington, D.C. area. Claxton was a participant in Washington, D.C.’s hardcore punk scene in the 1990s, both as a musician and as a concert attendee. He was the vocalist for the hardcore band Gauge from 1992 to 1995. Later, he was a member of the bands Woolly Mammoth, The Frequency, Her Daily Obsession, and Hatfield McCoy. As of 2018, Claxton is a stylist and the owner of two salons. He continues to compose, perform, and produce music.
