The May 1981 issue of Discords, a tabloid fanzine that focused on the punk and underground music cultures in the Washington, D.C. area and beyond. This issue is notable for an interview with the California-based punk band Black Flag that was conducted primarily by the D.C.-based punk musician, Ian MacKaye. MacKaye was assisted with this interview by fellow musician Henry Rollins, who would join Black Flag as its new vocalist very shortly after this interview was conducted.
