The seventh issue of Action Time, a punk fanzine from Dumfries, Virginia that focused on the Washington, D.C. punk scene. Edited by Erik Grotz and published in the summer of 1989, this issue featured interviews with the Washington, D.C. area punk bands Holy Rollers, Soulside, and Outcrowd as well as the bands Prong and Red Lorry Yellow Lorry. This issue also featured reviews of commercial recordings, comics, and fanzines.
