Susan Fratkin was director of special projects for the National Association of State Universities and Land Grant Colleges from the late 1970s to 1992 and was closely involved with the educational television committee. She also served as the first treasurer and then president of the Joint Council on Educational Telecommunications (JCET) from 1984 to 1992. The collection includes reports, correspondences, publications, and legal papers that document issues of concern to Fratkin.

Donald H. Swann papers

Abstract

Donald H. Swann served in the United States Army from 1944-1946, and was posted in Tokyo and at Hachinohe Airbase, Japan during the Allied Occupation after World War II. This collection consists of 84 photographs, 135 letters and postcards of correspondence Swann wrote to his family, describing his experiences and observations in Japan. There are also a few clippings, and a certificate from President Lyndon B. Johnson.
