Abstract
The World Association for Symphonic Bands and Ensembles is an organization of wind band conductors, ocmposers, performers, publishers, teachers, instrument makers, and devotees of wind music. The organization is dedicated to enhancing the quality of the wind band throughout the world as well as broadening the horizons of its members through the promotion of new repertoire, cultures, places and peoples.
