Paul Bushmiller (b. 1959) is a copy cataloger in the Collection Strategies and Services division of the University of Maryland Libraries. During the period represented in this collection, Bushmiller was a student at the University of Maryland, as well as an assistant editor of Thrillseeker fanzine, and a disc jockey with UMD's student-run radio station, WMUC-FM.
