Abstract
Presley D. Holmes Jr. (1929-2016) was director of broadcasting at WOUB radio (Athens, OH) from 1962 to 1970. He also served the National Association of Educational Broadcasters, later joining the NAEB staff in Washington, D.C. as director of the educational television stations division. Homes was among those who advised the Corporation for Public Broadcasting on the Public Broadcasting Service structure and formation.
