Abstract
Donley F. Feddersen (1915-1979) was a widely known authority on educational television and, at one time, director of programming for the National Educational Television. From 1947 to 1956, he served as chairman of the Department of Radio-TV-Film at Northwestern University and director of NBC-Northwestern Radio-TV Institute.
