Abstract C. Walter England (1899-1999) graduated from the University of Maryland in 1923 with a Bachelors of Science in Dairy Processing. After earning his Masters of Science and Ph.D. in the same discipline at Cornell University, he returned to Maryland as a faculty member in 1933 and ran the dairy technology program until 1944.
