Abstract
A 1920 graduate of the Maryland State College of Agriculture, Theodore Lemuel Bissell (1899-1992) was an entomologist for the United States Department of Agriculture Bureau of Entomology and Georgia Experiment Station, who also taught entomology at the University of Maryland, College Park from 1947 to 1969.
