Abstract
Michael Ross was the Director of the CIO International Affairs Department during World War II, and later served as Director of the AFL-CIO International Affairs Department from 1958 to 1963. This collection of primarly covers relations between officers at the CIO and the AFL and the effects of the Cold War on CIO policy toward Europe and the Soviet Union.
