This subseries contains business/station-related correspondence from, among other parties, Ben Gross, RKO Radio Pictures, the Eastman Kodak Company, Mayor LaGuardia, the Archbishop of New York, Fulton Sheen, the American Red Cross, Herbert Hoover, the Catholic University of America, Edward D. Madden of NBC, the American Jewish Committee, the YMCA, the YWCA, Ward L. Quaal, W.R. Hearst, Jr., Pauline Frederick (Robbins), Jan Kiley of Midwest Television, Inc., Senator Hugh T. Farley, Sheila Kast, Barbara Walters, Mary Anderson, President George Bush, Senator Hugh T. Farley, Mary E. Murphy, Michael Bruno, and William Randolph Hearst, Jr., and the Women's Press Club of New York State.

This subseries also includes 27 carbon copies of letters sent by Meserand to the following: Enid Roth; Pauline Frederick (Robbins); Jack G. Thayer; William Randolph Hearst, Jr.; Catharine Heinz (Broadcast Pioneers Library); RCA; Douglas Dittrick (Viacom); Marion Stephenson (NBC Radio Network); Ann Rogers, and Patricia Mahoney (AWRT), among others.

In addition, this subseries contains over 40 typed memos conveying internal company communications. Contains communiqués from within NBC, Hearst, WINS, WOR and Mutual. Includes a copy of Meserand's note of resignation from WINS in 1935 and, later, various notes of congratulations on her election to the presidency of AWRT. (NOTE: Some of these memos are sent directly to Meserand, other are addressed "To Staff" or have Meserand listed as one of the parties "cc'ed.") All items are arranged by date.
