Topics covered include federal financing of public education, programming goals, and satellite communication systems. Notable correspondents include former NAEB president William G. Harley, PBS chair Ralph B. Rogers, and NAEB secretary James Fellows. The materials were arranged in first alphabetical, and then chronological order and consists of correspondence, minutes and reports.
