Speeches, Addresses, 1919-1952
Series 4 contains both dated and undated speeches mainly by William Green. The format is primarily typescript carbons, but some are found in mimeographed form and in the form of AFL Official Information and Publicity Releases. The remainder of the series consists of fragments of speeches, speeches by Green[?], speeches by others and press release statements of AFL officers other than William Green. (The Ohio microfilm inventory should be consulted for topic synopsis.)

Arrangement
Full, dated speeches are arranged chronologically, 1919-1952; full undated are arranged by topic. Speech fragments of Green[?] are arranged chronologically, speech fragments by others alphabetically by speaker, and press releases are chronologically arranged.
