Arrangement

The series is arranged alphabetically by individual correspondent or organization, although in a few instances subject headings appear (e.g., education, housing). When there are a significant number of letters between Meany and a particular correspondent, a separate file has been created following the general alphabetical run. (For example, "Allied Printing Trades Councils" follows correspondence Aa-Az).
