Poster is made up of a large, dot-matrix-like, image of little girls working in a factory. Poster also features smaller photographs including one of FDR, William Green, and George Meany and a photograph of Triangle Shirtwaist fire victims. The top of the poster features a quote from Samuel Gompers outlining the goals of the AFL.
